Henderson, '14

36" x 30" x 72"

Fabricated steel, patina, rough sawn poplar lumber, drywall and paint

This work deals function and  contrasting old and new while thinking about labor.  It’s hand made and designed as a replica to the first ever marketed and sold wheelbarrow called the Henderson Barrow.  The sculpture looks and feels like a functioning piece of equipment aside from the delicate drywall interior of the cart.
